Keeping your privacy and personal information is very important to us.  We ensure that privacy and data protection laws are followed to a high standard.

What data do we collect?

We may collect your data when

  • You contact us via, our website, e-mail, messenger or by phone.
  • From booking agent affiliates that we work with such as The Travel Chapter Group.

How we use your personal information

We only collect personal information that we genuinely need.  This may include

  • Contact details such as name, email address and phone numbers so we can contact you if necessary to ensure your stay with us is smooth and efficient.
  • Number of dogs you are bringing.
  • We may use your data to keep you updated with special offers, services and new developments in our business.
  • We would record relevant personal information if any accidents, incidents and near misses that are reported to us.
  • We may use your data to manage our business effectively, for example reviewing our marketing methods or if you take part in one of our surveys/feedback forms.

Storing data

All data is stored on secure servers.  Every payment transaction is encrypted.

Disclosure of your information

We will not disclose any of your information to anyone out with the Management team in our business, Castlecraig Clifftops.  We will only share information if, in agreement with yourselves we are organising an event on your behalf, for example hiring bikes, booking onto boat trips.

Your rights

If you would like us to delete any of your personal information please e-mail [email protected]

If you would like access to your information we store about your booking we can happily provide this for a fee of £10.

How to make a compliant

If you have any concerns with how we collect data, in the first instance please contact a member of the Castlecraig Clifftops management team and we will do everything we can to help.  If this does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office on 0303 123 1113.

We may revise this Privacy Policy as required.  Any changes will be updated on this website page.
